Time goes by fast when you're having fun.

My weekend was filled with sneezing, coughing, blowing my nose and attempting to play basketball in the process. I think I managed quite well ;)

Exactly one year ago I left Finland to spend 10 months in TX. That's crazy... At the moment all that feels like a dream. Like it never happened. I miss it a lot! I never knew or never hoped that my year would turn out the way it did. I never thought I'd find friends whom I would love so much and a family that feels like my own! Those 10 months were the best of my life so far. Don't get me wrong. There were times when I wished I would just be back home, but those times made me into a better person. It made me grow up, learn things about life that some people never learn. I made mistakes and some things I regret, but mostly I'm grateful for everything and I cherish every moment! The good and the bad. Now I have two families that I consider my own. I'm blessed and I'm happy to be so well off.

Sometimes it was hard being away from home and it's equally as hard to be away from home #2 right now. I can't wait to go back and visit!! I'm so excited for so many of my friends for starting their lives in college! And Mom,(if you're reading this) you'll be fine! Besides now you don't have to make breakfast every morning. Lol! And, maybe you'll have free time to Skype with me! Haha! JK!

I'm just the luckiest girl in the world!besides.. Missing someone gets easier everyday because even it's one day further from the last time you saw each other, it's one day closer to the next time you will! <3

P.S.....
