Just do it

10km later...
I look like I drowned and my legs are aching.... I probably shouldn't run on concrete. It doesn't do good for my knees and hips. My time wasn't the greatest, but I'll just run a little bit faster the next time because sitting here on the couch I feel like I could've ran a tad bit harder!
I promised a picture and it's definitely not attractive, but I'm kinda proud of myself for doing it, and I even posted it on Facebook. Besides I've told y'all like a million times how awful I look after a workout and here's the proof... Lol.
