Another good option is this remedy my mom made me! She got the tip on facebook, and I think it actually works! At least it made me feel WAY better. 
You need:
  • ginger
  • orange juice
  • lemons
  • honey 
You slice the ginger and boil it, then you mix the boiled ginger with orange juice and add the juice of the lemon and the honey. It might not taste very good,  but our honey ran out, so I think you need to add a bit more and it might not be as heavy.
