I just had my first proper workout in like 3 weeks! I mean I've went for walks and stuff, but it's not really enough. Now I feel so happy! I even went to the sauna and just relaxed, so nice!! My shoulder's hurting a little bit more now. Obviously, since I haven't really moved it that much and now I need to keep exercising with it, but it's nothing my medicine or an ice-pack can't fix, so with that said I'm going to bed and hopefully sleep tight!
