Anyhow, since I'm always pretty let's say in my own world in the mornings I usually do cardio and today I did a workout on the treadmill that was just perfect for a morning workout:
warmup: 10 minute power walk
run 2 minutes, walk 1 for 30 minutes
5 minute cool down
I did the power walk with the incline on 5.0 and the speed as 6.0, when I ran I did alternating 3x on 9.0 and then the walk part on 6.0 and 3x 10.0 and the walk part 5.0! The last two minutes I ran on 12.0 and I think that the next time I'll do this (hopefully tomorrow morning) I'll run them all alternating between 10.0 and 11.0. Have a great day today!
